There is a large terrace area providing a BBQ, 2 sun loungers, a large umbrella for shade and an
outdoor dining table that seats 6. A child gate is fitted at the top of the stairs for safety.
An additional balcony runs from the 2 bedrooms at the front of the apartment with a 2 seater table.
The apartment has an underground parking space where you can leave your car securely, this is
accessed via electronic gates from the road.

The shared pool is heated from April 1st to October 1st and has steps into it, ideal for children
to access the pool. There is also a small children's splash pool.

The Living room has two 2 seater sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed, bedding can be arranged
on request should you wish to use it. There is a wall mounted flat screen tv, the Sky box receives
terrestrial freeview (BBC1, ITV ect), however if you wish to take your own Sky card you can access
freeview Sky channels but you will not be able to access the channels you pay for at home, ie Sky
Sports, Sky Movies, SETANTA etc.
The Playstation doubles as a DVD player and there are a selection of DVD's for the young and old for
your enjoyment as well as an ipod docking station.
